Lion Nathan buys US wine importer

Wine and beer company Lion Nathan has bought US wine importer Cumulus Wine Inc (CWI) for about $US1.5 million ($NZ1.95 million), setting up a channel to sell premium Australian and New Zealand wines into the United States.
