David Mclean

David joined Westpac in February 1999 to head the Debt Capital Markets group in NZ and was appointed Head of Westpac Institutional Bank New Zealand in January 2004.  He has over 15 years experience in the New Zealand capital markets.

David has a LLB (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of NZ.

David is also the Chairman of the Institute of Finance Professionals NZ.
